I & R Process

Identification & Recruitment

In order to recruit all the qualifying migrant families in our district I use several strategies.

  1. Post flyers
  2. Make home visits
  3. Remind families during Pac meetings to let me know if any new families have moved into the district
Linda Nanez, I&R Director will go out and visit with new families at their residence when, by word of mouth, a migrant family is identified to the district.
