Program Descriptions
Regular School Year Objectives
Migrant Clerk - completes all forms and reports, attends Migrant meetings, schedules and directs Parent Advisory meetings, contacts parents, assists parents with health needs and referrals. Migrant Liaison - conducts I & R, attends Migrant meetings, Summer Reading RIF Program, distributes CLP packets, provides supplemental instruction to Migrant students in the home. Migrant Instructional Tutors - provide supplemental instruction to Migrant students in the home.
Summer School Objectives
Summer Session - District run Summer School Migrant funds are used to partially fund instructional assistants who work with Migrant students

Assessment Tools
CST = the district administers the test in the spring and receives assessment result reports in the summer.
CELDT = the district administers the CELDT initial and annual assessments beginning in August through September and as required as new students enter the district. CELDT tests are scored at the district level to acquire preliminary data and then sent to the CDE for formal scoring.
CAHSEE = not applicable at the district
