The 2008 Leadership Conference was a complete success.  The conference was held at Wonder Valley Ranch.  Over 100 students were in attendance.  The conference was a success due to the collaboration between staff from Fresno County Office of Education, Migrant Region IV, The Education and Leadership Foundation and the Fresno State College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP).  Students represented the following school/districts: Fresno Unified, Clovis Unified, Coalinga-Huron Unified, Golden Plains, Sanger, Selma, Firebaugh Las-Deltas, Kerman, Caruthers, Washington Union, Mendota, Parlier, Fowler, Kings-Canyon Unified, and Central Unified.

A special thanks to all of the Migrant Recruiters at the local high schools.  This event could not have been such a success without your hard work and dedication.
